The Chambre immobilière
de l’Outaouais (CIO) is a local, non-profit professional organization
made up of more than 530 real estate agents in the region.

Founded in 1964, the CIO is celebrating its
40th anniversary in 2004.
·
The area served by the CIO extends from the
municipality of Vallée de la Gatineau to the City
of Gatineau (north-south corridor), as well as from the municipality of Papineau to Pontiac (east-west corridor).

The CIO is affiliated with both the Fédération des Chambres immobilières du Québec, which brings together the
twelve real estate boards in Quebec, and the Canadian Real Estate
Association.
