The Chambre immobilière de l’Outaouais (CIO) is a local, non-profit professional organization made up of more than 530 real estate agents in the region. · Founded in 1964, the CIO is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2004. · The area served by the CIO extends from the municipality of Vallée de la Gatineau to the City of Gatineau (north-south corridor), as well as from the municipality of Papineau to Pontiac (east-west corridor). · The CIO is affiliated with both the Fédération des Chambres immobilières du Québec, which brings together the twelve real estate boards in Quebec, and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
