An eight-person board, which is made up of real estate agents and brokers and the director general, oversees the administration of the Chambre immobilière de l’Outaouais.

The directors are elected during the annual general meeting for a three-year term, and sit on the board in a volunteer capacity.

In order to effectively fulfill its role, the Board of Directors has acquired strategic planning and governance tools and has adopted a number of regulations and administrative policies.
